Accountabilities:
- Lead a team to implement the plan to achieve revenue budgets.
- Be a primary contact and work with business partners (manufacturers) to secure the right level of support.
- Manage business operation to ensure desired productivity is achieved.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales volume revenues and costs against forecasts. Identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the business.
- Coach and develop direct reports and In direct reports to support business growth.
- Manage AR AP Inventory and avoid reserved /provision within KPI
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
- To be assigned to make business success in both direct & In-direct responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities (new business partners new products especially in the Life Science and Diagnostic product segment) to expand the product portfolio and grow revenue through strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
Qualification:
- Hold a Master of Science in Genetics Biotechnology Microbiology Biochemistry Biology or an MBA with a strong scientific background.
- Strong understanding of Life Science research techniques products and Clinical Diagnostic solutions including their applications in laboratory and healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of the IVD market including market trends competitor landscape key business opportunities in the diagnostics industry and experience in managing Key Accounts to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields especially in sales & marketing management product management in diagnostic and the life sciences industry with a strong focus on In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and/or Molecular Biology.
- Experience in Clinical Diagnostics in the medical channel is a plus
- Excellent command of English communication (Speaking Listening Reading Writing)
- At least 5 years of experience in team management including leadership coaching and performance development.
- Excellent communication collaboration presentation negotiating and problem solving skill
- Strategic analytical detail-oriented resourceful and has initiative
- Customer oriented and people oriented
- High & demonstrable sense of entrepreneurship
- Able to travel nationwide and overseas as required
- Above all must demonstrate a healthy attitude towards work customers and team members
