Job Summary
GreatWater 360 Auto Care is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor with a great attitude is open to begin their career with GreatWater in a Bench role that helps support multiple shops within the district serving the local and surrounding Des Plaines communities. The person who fills this role should take pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. Expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.
EARN: $19.00 - $23.50 Hourly Monthly Incentive Plan

- Willing to travel to multiple shops within the district. (Mileage is reimbursed.)
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must possess a current valid drivers license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
