Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Wound Care Nursefor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities:

Provide wound assessment treatment and documentation for various wound types.
Develop and update individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
Educate patients and staff on wound prevention and proper dressing techniques.
Maintain infection control and accurate clinical documentation.
Support staff training and stay current with wound care best practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Active RN license in Arizona.
Wound Care Certification (CWOCN CWCN or WCC) required or preferred.
13 years of experience in wound care med-surg or long-term care.
