Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay: $41/hr

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Wound Care Nursefor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide wound assessment treatment and documentation for various wound types.

  • Develop and update individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.

  • Educate patients and staff on wound prevention and proper dressing techniques.

  • Maintain infection control and accurate clinical documentation.

  • Support staff training and stay current with wound care best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

  • Active RN license in Arizona.

  • Wound Care Certification (CWOCN CWCN or WCC) required or preferred.

  • 13 years of experience in wound care med-surg or long-term care.
