Opportunity
The Head of Cross Asset Risk manages and oversees the design development and implementation of investment operational risk management systems and strategies. Provides investment operational risk management expertise and analysis across funds in a global environment.
What youll do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team fostering growth collaboration and continuous learning.
- Design and implement robust operational risk frameworks that support global investment activities and drive process improvements.
- Deliver insights through analysis of incident data risk and control assessments and to inform strategic decision-making.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the business representing the risk function with clarity and confidence.
What youll bring:
- 10 years of relevant experience including leadership in investment and operational risk roles.
- A strong understanding of investment management processes and risk management frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive leadership.
- A degree in a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
