Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stocks in all new vehicles in to the dealer management system (CDK)
- Maintains the status for vehicles in Dealer Daily
- Files invoices and MCOs
- Processes dealer trades and ensures the Key Trak system is organized and all key are accounted for
- Scans all service repair orders and completed title work
- Processes payment and cancellations for extended warranties through Assurant
- Processes payments for Etch guard gap and other products sold by the finance department
- Assists with booking deals posting for accounts payable receipting money and reconciling cash
- Assists with other office duties and special projects as necessary
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Other related duties as assigned
