The Snow Mover provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $30.00 Hourly Rate

experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
- Clear and maintain outdoor areas including walkways driveways and building entrances.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels snow blowers and plows safely and efficiently.
- Apply de-icing materials (salt sand etc.) to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure pedestrian safety.
- Follow established procedures for equipment use and chemical application to avoid damage to property.
- Notify the supervisor of any hazards equipment issues or areas requiring additional attention.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues supervisors and clients.
- Comply with all safety security and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks raking leaves and clearing debris when snow removal is not required.
- Assist with moving outdoor furniture or equipment as needed for snow clearing.
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized after snow removal operations.
