Your mission
We have a vibrant opportunity for you to explore: our nextJunior Events Producer to join the European Marketing team in Munich.
Wondering what this role is all about Lets dive in:
- Support the marketing team with daily event-related processes and coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions and events across Europe.
- Help develop promotional materials and ensure timely logistics for giveaways and exhibits.
- Be present onsite during events to ensure smooth execution and brand representation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact experiences.
- Contribute to Sungrows mission of powering Europe sustainably through engaging customer experiences.
Your profile
- Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Creative mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and resilient under pressure.
- Excellent communication and team spirit.
- Prior experience in event coordination is a plus.
- English and German C1; other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media CMS tools guest management platforms and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and grow within the cleantech industry.
- Based in Munich.
