MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our national communications function and elevate the visibility of our life changing work across Australia. As a values driven organisation with a proud history dating back to 1997 MacKillop provides compassionate care and support to vulnerable young people and families through programs in early intervention education disability services and out of home care. With over 2200 staff across 50 sites we are united by a shared commitment to social justice trauma informed practice and cultural safety.
About the Role
As Head of Marketing and Communications youll lead MacKillop Family Services strategic marketing digital and corporate communications agenda. Reporting to the Director Community Engagement youll manage a team of specialists to build brand awareness support the organisations Strategic Plan and deliver impactful values aligned content across internal and external channels. Youll oversee media relations executive communications digital strategy and internal engagement while driving best practice and brand consistency across the organisation.
