Are you a proven Outbound Sales Development professional ready for a high-impact role in the enterprise technology space

What Youll Do:

  • Build Strategic Pipeline: Design build and execute structured and highly prioritised outbound campaigns specifically targeting key accounts within the Enterprise segment.
  • Master Outbound Rigour: Maintain a rigorous sales development structure utilizing cold calling personalised email and social selling to consistently generate new business and exceed metrics.
  • Strategic Qualification: Apply critical thinking to deeply analyse customer needs and align them with New Relics complex observability solutions.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with dedicated Enterprise Account Executives to research target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Manage Momentum: Maintain consistent communication and disciplined follow-up to nurture and grow your prospect pipeline effectively.

This Role Requires:

  • Strong Outbound Experience: Proven successful experience in a similar sales development or prospecting role with a strong focus on outbound campaign generation and execution. This is essential.
  • Enterprise Rigour: The ability to demonstrate a high degree of sales development rigour and structure including effective pipeline management and prioritisation.
  • Drive and Resilience: The determination to thrive in a high-paced goal-oriented environment and the willingness to make daily outbound cold calls as a primary function of your role.
  • Collaboration: A willingness to work closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the sales organisation.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently and credibly with prospects at the enterprise level.
  • SaaS/Technology Fluency: An interest in understanding technical solutions and a customer-focused mindset ideally with prior exposure to SaaS or technology sales.

Bonus Points (but not essential):

  • A track record of success in creating and managing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Direct experience selling into the Enterprise Customer space.
  • Familiarity with the full suite of modern sales engagement tools including Salesforce LinkedIn 6sense and advanced sequencing platforms.
