Join Collins Foods and play a key role in keeping our restaurants and offices running smoothly! As part of our dynamic Property team youll provide hands-on support for property management maintenance coordination leasing and administration across our national network.

What Youll Bring to the Table:

As a Property Manager Assistant youll support the Property Development and Construction teams by managing day-to-day property operations coordinating maintenance assisting with lease and contract processes and keeping systems and reporting accurate and up to date. Youll be a critical part of ensuring our business continuity and operational efficiency while learning from an experienced collaborative team.

Property Administration & Coordination

  • Attend to all correspondence and phone/email enquiries received by the Property team.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests key access tags and car parking registers.
  • Support lease interpretation and assist the Assistant National Property Portfolio Manager with landlord communications and property management issues.
  • Assist with insurance renewals and distribution of Certificates of Currency to landlords.
  • Maintain property databases and departmental procedures track expenditure and submit invoices.

Legal & Project Support

  • Assist the Legal team with documentation preparation collation and execution.
  • Support the Legal Administrator with building contract review and execution.
  • Conduct property market research using RP Data GapMaps and Titles Office searches.
  • Assist the Head of Property with special projects reporting and stakeholder communications.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of property operations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Who You Are:

Youre a proactive detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisation accuracy and stakeholder service. You enjoy supporting teams in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

You also bring:

  • Certificate III IV or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in administration property management or contract/lease support (highly regarded).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A positive proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the property and development space.
