We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our Landscaping team a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the success of our projects nationwide.

What youll do:

As Senior Estimator youll play a crucial part in winning new work and delivering accurate competitive tender submissions. Youll combine your commercial acumen with technical expertise to achieve excellent conversion rates and strong margins.

This is a fully remote role giving you flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload from home with occasional site visits and meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

Read and interpret drawings and specifications to prepare detailed and accurate estimates.
Collaborate with suppliers sub-contractors designers engineers and architects to gather all necessary pricing and project information.
Review and evaluate designs to identify value engineering opportunities and propose alternative materials or methods where appropriate.
Prepare and compile detailed take-offs and data to support timely and accurate bid proposals.
Produce comprehensive tender handover documents outlining key strategies risks opportunities and resource plans.
Provide guidance and support to Estimating Assistants and Administrators helping them perform effectively across projects.
Ensure confidentiality of company client and supplier information is always maintained.
Work flexibly and proactively adapting to workload demands while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About you:

Youre an experienced Estimator within landscape construction groundworks or drainage ideally with exposure to sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS). You combine technical expertise with strong commercial judgement and a proactive hands-on approach.

Youll bring:

Proven experience in bid and tender management across hard and soft landscaping.
Strong analytical written and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness with sound understanding of frameworks contracts and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Motivation to succeed and deliver high-quality results independently.

Tools & Systems:
Experience with On-Screen Take-off Microsoft Office and pricing software is essential. Familiarity with Bluebeam and Valesco software is desirable.
