Job Summary

We are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Brent that is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher for a long-term supply position covering from now until July 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the youngest learners in a nurturing and supportive environment.

EYFS Teacher Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils.
Observe and assess childrens progress providing feedback and support where needed.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan activities and share best practices.
Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding childrens development and progress.
Participate in staff meetings training and school events as required.

EYFS Teacher Requirements

Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in EYFS or Reception classes.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Commitment to professional development and working collaboratively in a team.
