Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets monitor expenditure and prepare financial reports
- Lead on HR processes including recruitment payroll and staff development
- Ensure operational compliance with all statutory requirements
- Advise the Headteacher and Governors on financial strategy and resource allocation
