Job Summary
A thriving and well-equipped 1118 secondary school in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive and skilled ICT Technician to join its dedicated IT Services team from January 2026.

The Role
Youll provide day-to-day ICT support for staff and students maintaining hardware managing software updates and troubleshooting network or user issues. The school runs a mix of Windows and cloud-based systems with strong emphasis on safeguarding and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and install hardware software and classroom technology
- Assist in network administration and system updates
- Support teaching and learning through the setup of interactive displays projectors and audio-visual tools
About You
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Office 365 and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a school or education setting desirable but not essential
- Organised reliable and adaptable under pressure
