Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Guide experienced professionals to reconnect with their purpose and redesign their lives
  Interview and assess candidates for alignment with our Life Design programs
  Build authentic long-term relationships with clients and partners
  Apply Life Design principles to your own growth and lead by example
  Set and track personal and business goals that directly influence your outcomes
  Manage digital communication social media and online program support (training provided)
  Participate in ongoing mentoring leadership and professional development

Requirements

Who You Are

• Passionate about personal growth and supporting others
  Experienced leader (3 years) ideally in high-performance environments
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  Self-motivated independent and results-oriented
  Interested in mindset success principles and Life Design
  Fluent in English written and spoken
  Heart-centered empathetic and grounded valuing freedom nature and authenticity
