Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Lead the architecture and deployment of a scalable High Performance Computing (HPC) environment on AWS (up to 20000 cores) for an EDA proof-of-concept project
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to define performance requirements and system design
- Integrate and optimize HPC environment leveraging SUSE Linux Amazon ParallelCluster Services (PCS) SLURM workload manager and FSx for NetApp ONTAP
- Ensure the HPC setup is high-performing reliable and cost-efficient in a cloud-native environment
- Provide daily technical updates and participate in coordination meetings during a 12-week engagement
- Work 100% remotely in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Utilize strong skills in AWS-based HPC architecture SUSE Linux administration and HPC workload managers (preferably SLURM)
- Apply previous experience with EDA workloads or similar compute-intensive environments
- Operate independently and effectively without sponsorship or C2C arrangements
