About the Role
Were seeking a dynamic German-speaking Country Manager to drive business growth and manage key partnerships within the Casino Slots and Live Games sector.
Youll play a pivotal role in identifying new Business 2 Business opportunities developing relationships with operators and presenting our innovative gaming solutions with confidence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international company where youll help shape success and expand market presence in German-speaking territories.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research networking and introductions.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline with a focus on unregulated markets.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships understanding client needs and providing consultative solutions.
- Become a Product Expert confidently presenting our Casino Slots and Live Games offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop and maintain sales materials presentations and commercial proposals.
- Attend trade shows events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Report on sales performance pipeline activity and market developments.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to design initiatives that support new business growth.
Requirements
Experience Required
- Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Proven experience in gaming or gambling preferably in a B2B sales or account management role targeting the German market.
- Strong network of C-level contacts within the industry.
- Deep understanding of casino slots and live casino products.
- Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies (regional or global).
- Marketing knowledge and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on roll up your sleeves attitude.
