The Role
Were looking for a highly analytical and curious Business Associate to join our Revenue organization and work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer. Youll help shape strategic initiatives drive operational excellence and support executive-level decision-making across Sales Marketing and Customer Success.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to growth strategy cross-functional problem-solving and scalable execution within one of Europes fastest-growing SaaS companies.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives from market analysis to pricing and operational improvement projects.
- Use structured problem-solving to identify growth opportunities mitigate risks and optimize revenue performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that turn data into actionable insights for the CRO and leadership team.
- Prepare executive presentations board updates and business reviews.
- Partner with Sales Marketing and CS teams to align on strategic priorities and KPIs.
- Contribute to forecasting annual planning and ad-hoc analyses that inform key business decisions.
About You
- 2 years of experience in consulting investment banking or a business/strategy role in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Economics Finance Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of SaaS or tech business models.
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Tableau Looker or Power BI is a plus.
- Detail-oriented proactive and thrives in ambiguous and high-growth environments.
- A great communicator who enjoys working closely with executive leadership.
