Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to evaluate design and optimize business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify inefficiencies document workflows propose improvements and support the implementation of effective scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes to identify gaps bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Document existing workflows SOPs and business requirements using standard process-mapping tools.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations HR finance supply chain etc.) to gather data and understand operational needs.

Develop and recommend solutions to streamline processes reduce errors and improve productivity.
-
Support the implementation of new processes through testing validation and feedback collection.
-
Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to management.
-
Assist in building automation solutions using tools like Excel macros Power Automate or workflow platforms.

Ensure processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
-
Train teams on new workflows and changes in operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce Operations Engineering or related field.

2 5 years of experience in business analysis operations or process improvement roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup Pivot Tables formulas and macros preferred).

Working knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio Lucidchart etc.).
-
Experience with workflow/automation tools (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Zoho Creator etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or process optimization methodologies.

Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP Oracle Salesforce Zoho).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
