Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions across various lines of business.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and customize PolicyCenter features using GOSU XML PCF and Guidewire configuration tools.
Integrate PolicyCenter with external systems using SOAP/REST services Messaging and Batch processes.
Conduct code reviews performance optimization and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Guide and mentor junior developers; provide technical direction and solution oversight.
Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met throughout SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
