Position: SAP Payroll / ECP Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (onsite as needed post-conversion East Coast region)

Summary

Looking for a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with strong experience in SAP ECP payroll configuration and ability to understand ABAP payroll logic. This is a functional-leaning role with technical depth. Must be able to design solutions solve business problems and deliver configuration and testing independently.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in SAP Payroll (US payroll focus)
SAP ECP Payroll configuration expertise
Experience with Payroll Center
Ability to read and understand ABAP payroll code for debugging and logic review
Strong HR/Payroll business process knowledge
Hands-on delivery: requirements solutioning configuration testing support
S/4HANA experience
Independent proactive working style; able to drive and deliver work
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Nice-to-Have

SAP certifications
Large enterprise payroll rollout or support experience
