Job Summary

Position- Live Underwriter in US mortgage industry .

Location- Bangalore /Hyderabad/Pune

* knowledge of conventional VA and FHA which is Mandatory. Good to have USDA Jumbo Reverse Non-QM HELOC
* extensive knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines which is Mandatory. Agency guidelines should be an added advantage
* have an extensive working knowledge on 4C
* know in and out of DU LP and GUS in detail
* well-versed in income calculations on both salaried and self-employed based on the product types
* Candidate should be flexible with Night shift
* Work from Office only
* Immediate Joiners
