We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our entire manufacturing lifecycle encompassing the Press Shop Sheet Metal Fabrication and Powder Coating processes. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of proven experience in a similar industry and possess a strong background in managing complex multi-stage production environments. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving operational excellence ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining optimal efficiency and safety on the shop floor in our Jalgaon facility.
