Key Responsibilities

Form PF Data Integration Implementation

• Analyze map and document data requirements for 200 fields across multiple templates required for Form PF regulatory reporting
• Design and implement secure SFTP integration between Nuveen systems and the Consensus/Omnia platform
• Create data transformation processes to standardize data from diverse sources.
• Implement validation procedures to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Production Support and Enhancements

• Provide ongoing analysis solutioning documentation and support for identification and resolution of production issues
• Implement enhancements to improve data quality processing efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Create comprehensive documentation of data sources transformation logic and validation procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis and integration
• Demonstrated experience with Compliance Regulatory Reporting particularly Form PF 13G 13F filing processes
• Strong SQL skills and database experience (Snowflake preferred)
• Proficiency with ETL processes and tools (Datastage experience preferred)
• Experience with regulatory reporting vendor tools especially Confluence/CRR Signal and Confluence/CRR Consensus
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and investment terminology
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to data details and accuracy
• Experience with Agile execution/delivery processes and tools (JIRA Confluence ServiceNow)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks
• Understanding of data lineage tools (Collibra or equivalent)
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Understanding of Legal Risk and Compliance domain requirements
• Financial services or asset management industry background
