Employee Support & Communication:
Managing/Addressing Employee Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees handling a wide range of queries concerns and escalations related to HR operations payroll and statutory compliance (e.g. PF ESI).
Respond professionally and promptly to all employee issues via email and call ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance Portal Management:
Utilize basic knowledge of the EPFO portal (Employee Provident Fund Organization) to assist employees with PF-related inquiries documentation and basic portal operations.
Stay updated on fundamental changes and requirements of key statutory portals.
Documentation & Reporting (MIS):
Ensure maintaining of issue-based MIS (Management Information System) accurately tracking all employee queries their resolution status and the time taken for closure.
Generate reports from the MIS to identify recurring issues trends and areas for process improvement.
General Administration:
Maintain organized records of employee interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with the payroll and HR team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
