Volks Resources has an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager in Houston TX.

You must have previous recent Sales or Business Development experience in the Oil & gas Industry.

This is an onsite position and you must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Job Description

  • Experience of Sales & Business Development activities in Oil & Gas Sector (Telecom / SCADA / Electrical)
  • 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience
  • Should have achieved over 10 million USD sales on annual basis for last 3 years.

Responsibility:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify potential clients through networking cold calling and online research
    • Build a pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities in target markets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with marketing product development Technical Procurement and customer support teams to drive sales initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Industry Experience

  • Experience of Sales & Business Development activities in Oil & Gas Sector (Telecom / SCADA / Electrical)
  • 12 to15 Years of relevant experience
  • Should have achieved over 10 million USD sales on annual basis for last 3 years.

Education

  • Degree /equivalent diploma in Business Management preferably with Bachelor of Engineering
