Summary:

Design develop test and maintain non-embedded software across the full lifecycle ensuring compliance with industry customer safety and regulatory standards.
Review and translate customer requirements into software designs.
Develop document and optimize architectures algorithms and interfaces for system integration. Debug and resolve issues to enhance reliability and performance.
Support users troubleshoot technical issues and analyze feedback.
Implement emerging technologies tools and frameworks while ensuring alignment with software processes and organizational goals.
Execute R&D projects manage software suppliers and track performance to maintain compliance with project plans and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree and typically 3 years of experience in software engineering or Masters degree with 1 year of experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge MA.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education or experience with modern HIL techniques and/or AI tools.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored.
