Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Design develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.

Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Build data models relationships and calculations using DAX.
-
Create and optimize Power Query (M) scripts for data transformation.
-
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL Server Excel Azure APIs and cloud platforms.

Optimize report performance and ensure scalability.
-
Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
-
Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage workspaces datasets and refresh schedules.

Collaborate with data engineers analysts and stakeholders.
-
Maintain documentation and provide end-user support.
Required Skills
-
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
-
Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language).

Solid understanding of data modeling and star/snowflake schemas.
-
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
-
Experience with Excel including Power Pivot and Power Query.

Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL Data Factory Synapse).

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
-
Familiarity with SSAS SSRS or SSIS.
-
Power BI certification (PL-300) is a plus.
-
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.

8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Power BI development.
