Shift: (Mon-Thur) (10.00AM-3.00PM)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Partner with Senior Director to support annual budgeting forecasting and program-level financial modeling in UCPlan and related systems.
Process and monitor invoices payments transfers and procurement requests using University systems (Oracle Workday Concur GEMS).
Manage day-to-day financial transactions reconciliations and documentation across multiple programs.
Ensure compliance through accurate record-keeping and timely journal entries or cost corrections.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Experience

2 years of experience in financial administration accounting or business operations
Experience in a university or nonprofit setting preferred; client experience ideal
Experience with Oracle Workday Concur GEMS
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
