About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Ops Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who can own streamline and enhance HR processes at Karbon. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management compliance and operational excellence while contributing to a great employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations: onboarding documentation exits and record-keeping.
Own HR data management: maintain HRIS employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Handle end to end payroll leave and attendance management and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and audit requirements.
Draft and manage HR letters contracts and other employee documentation.
Support performance management processes and policy implementations.
Partner with HR team on employee engagement initiatives and process improvements.
Be the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies processes and benefits.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of HR processes compliance and payroll basics.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Attention to detail process-oriented and organized.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.
Experience with HR automation tools.
