Job Summary
Service Supervisor Luxury Restaurant Northern Cape
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and motivated Service Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury restaurant located in the scenic Northern Cape. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain the highest standards of guest experience and attention to detail throughout all service areas
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Assist with staff training motivation and performance monitoring
Handle guest feedback efficiently and ensure swift resolution of any service issues
Uphold health safety and hygiene standards in all areas of operation
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional presentation and a strong sense of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced high-end environment
Package:
Salary: R15000 per month slightly negotiable depending on experience
Live-in accommodation and meals provided
