Job Summary:
Our client who is in the travel and tourism industry is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate client relationships identifying new business opportunities and promoting the companys travel products and services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in banking telecom or service-based industries possess excellent communication skills and be confident well-presented and target-driven.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research cold calls and business visits.
Develop customized travel proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and travel coordinators.
Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring competitive pricing and superior service standards.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor client travel patterns and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the companys travel products and services.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication problem-solving and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client data and update CRM systems regularly.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports tracking performance and conversion ratios.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations ticketing and accounts to meet client requirements.
Participate in regular sales meetings and share market insights to guide business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in corporate travel sales or account management.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.
