Position : B2B Sales Specialist - Spanish speaker M/F/X

You will support our client as aa B2B Sales Expert growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment.
-> Responsabilities :
Part of your daily activities will include:
- Contacting potential clients in the Spanish market via outbound calls email and videoconferencing.
- Presenting Hubexos e-sourcing and e-procurement platform highlighting its benefits for companies involved in public procurement.
- Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting presenting solutions negotiating terms and handling post-sale follow-up.
- Preparing and sending commercial proposals by email ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Adapting sales pitches and proposals to the specific needs of Spanish clients in collaboration with internal teams.
- Keeping detailed records of leads opportunities and client interactions in the companys CRM.
- Meeting monthly sales targets with progressive rampup goals from M1 to M4.
- Attending training sessions and ongoing coaching provided by Hubexo to support performance and professional growth.
- Maintaining a proactive solution-oriented approach to overcome challenges and close deals
-> Profile :
- Fluent in Spanish & English;
- 1 year minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media (mandatory);
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity readiness sustainability. and task points compliance and customer satisfaction targets;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals;
- Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day;
- Client-focused keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals;
- A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
- Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);
Offer :
- Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
- Initial training during 12 working days
- Work schedule : Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm;
- Location : Lisbon
- Stable work and career progression;
