About the Role:

Join Gig4Us Internal Team as a Category Fulfilment Executive and be the link between freelancers part-timers and top client projects. Youll coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth fulfilment across categories like Retail Field Events Delivery and Promotions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deploy freelancers and part-time professionals effectively
Monitor and manage fulfilment progress across multiple work categories daily.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports updating project statuses consistently
Serve as a point of contact for on-ground teams addressing challenges promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply)
02 years of experience in operations coordination or administrative support
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms; highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Strong communication skills in both English and local language(s)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
