We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations ensuring smooth coordination across departments and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing attendance and leave management accurately.
- Oversee statutory compliance including PF ESI and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with attention to detail.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Generate HR reports using Excel (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP formulas etc.)
- Collaborate with management to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and HR software tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Well-organized proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
