DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• Automation: Automate processes across the development lifecycle including infrastructure provisioning configuration management and monitoring.
  
• Container Orchestration: Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS & GKE).
  
• Cloud Management: Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS Azure and GCP to ensure scalability security and cost-efficiency.
  CI/CD Pipeline: Design implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with development QA and operations teams to align on goals troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
  
• Monitoring & Performance: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability availability and performance. Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations.
  
• Security: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle ensuring that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
  
• Mentorship: Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
• Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis ensuring swift resolution and prevention of future issues.
  
• SDLC Knowledge: Apply strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to improve delivery and reliability.
  
  

• 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments.
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS GKE).
  
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform CloudFormation Ansible).
  
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or AWS CodePipeline).
  
• Solid understanding of Linux administration networking and security concepts.
  
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch ELK Prometheus Grafana).
  
• Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash Python PowerShell).
  
• Familiarity with software development practices version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
  

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP).
  
• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda API Gateway).
  
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
  
• Experience with cost optimization in cloud infrastructure.
