Job Summary

A leading Irish real estate development and investment group is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on live deals financial modelling and strategic portfolio decision-making across residential rental affordable and mixed-use projects.

The Role:

You will work closely with senior team members on:
Financial modelling scenario analysis and project appraisals.
Preparing investment materials acquisition memos and business cases.
Market research across private affordable commercial and rental sectors.
Assessing early-stage development feasibility and deal structuring.
Supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.

Your Experience:

23 years experience in a finance investment lending or consulting role.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Interest in real estate development and the wider built environment.
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
Clear communicator who can present work with confidence.

Required Skills:
