Job Summary

Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing quotations and customer inquiries Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and contracts Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates Communicate with customers regarding order status deliveries and product availability Logistics Support: Coordinate shipments with suppliers freight forwarders and customers Track deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays Prepare shipping documentation (invoices packing lists customs paperwork etc.) Maintain inventory records and assist in stock control.
