Introduction
RESERVATIONIST (5* HOSPITALITY)
PATERSON EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE
**LIVE-IN POSITION**
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on Offer:R16 500.00 Basic per month benefits
- Matric ESSENTIAL
- Degree Equivalent Qualification from reputable Hotel School ESSENTIAL
- Prior Front of House Reservationist experience at a 5* establishment ESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position at 5* luxury property ESSENTIAL
- Must have excellent communication skills in English ESSENTIAL
- Highly experienced onProtel PMS System ESSENTIAL
- Computer proficiency: MS Office and Protel PMS
- Duties include:Welcome and handle international guests respond to website enquiries Maintain professional guest relations Accurate booking quoting and information capture for reservations Assist with administration in department Maximise sales & upselling of other revenue streams Develop in-depth knowledge of lodges activities & USPs strong communication skillsto all relevant departments
- Must be well presentable and professional for international guests ESSENTIAL
- Willing to accept a live-in position on site 22 days on 8 days off
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)

- Assist with administration in department
