Job Summary
EHS (Environment Health and Safety) function
- Support in Environmental documentation
- Support Environmental monitoring
- Implement EHS program and event
- Verify chemical safety: MSDS hazard assessment
- Identify unsafe action/condition and following up corrective actions
- Support ISO 14001 and 45001
- Support in safety training
- Assisting EHS associates in taking simple EHS actions/tasks.
PRS function
- Monitor and manage surveillance equipment and database including:
- Access control systems: ID card management access control data report
- Space management systems: tool management space & seat management
- Security camera system
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Involve in internal/external audits and support to fulfill findings/ reports
- Support team activities/events
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- 4th student who could join full-time internship
- Can work fulltime (Monday - Friday)
- Can submit recommendation letter
- Good ability of English communication
- Strong customer focus
- Capable of MS office software: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
