- Analysis of market property and tenant criteria
- Preparation of profitability and economic feasibility analyses for the acquisition and disposal of retail properties in Germany and across Europe
- Conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents
- Support in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports
- Administrative support (correspondence preparation of documents etc.)
- Review verification and (electronic) archiving of lease agreements and other contract-relevant documents
- Assistance to asset and transaction managers as needed and based on task requirements
- General office and administrative support
- Currently enrolled student (ideally in a real estate-related degree program (e.g. Business Administration Real Estate Management Real Estate Economics
etc.) - Initial experience in asset or transaction management is desirable
- Structured and highly detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently and a high level of motivation in task execution
- Quick comprehension skills and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
