Were seeking a driven and collaborativeSales Managerto lead our SMB Hybrid Sales this role youll manage a team of sales representatives who are responsible for both new business sales and expansion within existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader ready to take the next step in their sales management career.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and Develop Team:Coach mentor and motivate a team of SMB sales reps focused on both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Drive Performance:Set clear goals monitor KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Sales Process Management:Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing customer relationships.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting:Manage team pipeline provide accurate sales forecasts and report on team performance to senior leadership
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with various teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to drive efficiency and results.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience:Proven experience managing a sales team (preferably a hybrid sales team) ideally in a SaaS or technology environment; with proven success in sales roles prior to management.
  • Hybrid Sales Mindset:Proven ability to balance new business development with account management responsibilities.
  • Coaching Skills:Passion for developing talent and helping others succeed.
  • Results-Oriented:Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Adaptability:Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Hybrid Working Flexibility: Ability to commute to our Lexington MA or Minneapolis MN office.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $200000-$300000 (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly
