As a Private Investments Due Diligence Analyst within our Private Investments Team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to private equity private credit and real asset classes.
Assist with sourcing new private market funds across asset classes.
Conduct initial screening and due diligence of prospective private market funds.
Support ongoing monitoring activities and performance analysis of existing funds.
Manage pipeline activities and contribute to market mapping for the due diligence team.
Oversee process management activities to ensure efficient team operations.
Support the development and maintenance of data and Portfolio Manager tools related to due diligence and fund monitoring.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance due diligence processes and methodologies.
Analyze fund performance metrics and identify key trends and risks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the due diligence process.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in Financial Services or Consulting.
Proven ability to focus on complex tasks with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Private Equity investments or familiarity with alternative investment strategies and structures focus on private equity market research or equity research
Strong initiative and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision.
Excellent written presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
