The Role
We are looking for an individual with experience of both IT support and knowledge of the Civica Pay application in relation to Income Management to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 4 professionals supporting the Implementation ongoing support and further development of Birminghams Income Management system. This is a critical application processing more than 230000 receipt transactions per month.
