Job Summary
OB PURPOSE
To make chemicals/catalysts products according to manufacturing procedures in a safety manner and make sure all products
meet spec fully follow EHS policies and requirement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operate equipment (reactors pumps heating/cooling system glove box balance agitator scrubbers scales etc.)
according to procedures/work instructions to make chemicals/catalysts products.
按照制造程序/工作指导书使用机器和设备反应釜/泵/加热冷却系统/手套箱/天平/搅拌机/喷淋塔/地磅秤等来
生产化学品/催化剂等产品
Wear proper PPE follow company policies EHS policies and regulations MSDS etc. Complete the tasks assigned
by shift leader; Monitor process parameters and keep records.
佩戴合适的个人防护用品 PPE遵守公司的政策遵守 EHS 政策和规定/MSDS 等完成生产领班安排的任务监
控工艺参数并做记录
Any abnormal found in production report it to the shift leader immediately. Fill in Work order for Repair when
needed.
在生产过程中如果发现任何异常情况要及时报告给生产领班需要时填写维修工单
Good housekeeping keep worksite tide and clean.
做好清洁工作保持工作场地干净整洁
Other tasks designated by leader/supervisor.
生产领班或主管安排的其他工作
Work Scop
Communicate with shift team member and other department (QC Security MC maintenance etc.) when making decision
to move on next process steps
在决定进行下一步工序时需要与班组成员及其他部门(QC 安保仓库维修等)交流和沟通
Monitor process parameters and keep records report to production leader any abnormal happened in production
监控工艺参数并做记录在生产过程中如果有任何异常情况及时报告给生产领班
Report to production leader /manager about any incident happened in production
在生产过程中如果有任何事故发生及时报告给生产领班和经理
High school or above 高中或以上
At least 3 years manufacturing experience preferred in chemicals industry
It is better to have ISO9000 training and safety awareness. 至少3年以上之制造业化工行业工作经验有过ISO9000培训经理和安全意识
Team work attitude.有团队合作精神
Can read simple English words 能阅读简单的英语文件
with safety awareness 有安全意识
