Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage post launch products as product lifecycle engineer.
  • Technical support for production sustainable include troubleshooting and production required qualification (test failure analysis backup tooling 2nd Source process change etc)
  • Responsible for product warranty reduction work with global quality and service team on research of warranty cases provide solution to drive quality improvements.
  • Handle products upgrade according to compliance or market regulation.
  • Lead or qualification support on productivity activities and DTV projects.
  • Lead or support NPI and DMOD delivery.
  • Support NPD through ESL/MSL build and production-base staffs.
  • Collaborate with global PLE team on best practice and process optimization.
  • Support products transfer across global plants.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
  • 13 years working experience in mechanical design or product management. (Engineer)
  • At least 5 years working experience in mechanical design and product management. (Sr. Engineer)
  • Experience on team management and projects delivery time management. (Sr. Engineer)
  • Experience in use 2D/3D design software (Pro/E CATIA or UG).
  • Knowledge on manufacturing process metrology methods and quality control practices.
  • Good skills on problem-solving failure mode analysis reporting and corrective actions.
  • Ability in English communication presentation skills and teamwork.
  • Good learning ability self-motivated strong sense of responsibility.
