We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in this role you will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently and maintaining positive relationships with our partners. Youll serve as the main point of contact for clients providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of inquiries or issues.

  • Process orders maintain records and track account performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements.

  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
