What youll be doing
As a Reward Consultant youll play a key role in shaping our total reward offering for the UK & Ireland. Youll manage cyclical reward processes including salary reviews bonus schemes and long-term incentives while keeping us aligned with industry trends and legislation and getting to work on our wider reward proposition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on compensation processes and ensuring sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
- Managing bonus schemes that incentivise and reward high performance effectively.
- Designing and implementing benefits wellbeing and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
- Providing insights and recommendations on pay trends benefits uptake and pay gap reporting.
- Supporting the Reward Lead and collaborating across the People Team to deliver a best-in-class reward strategy.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Experience in reward within a large complex organisation particularly across compensation frameworks ideally in the retail/hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Knowledge of employee benefits pensions and recognition schemes.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem-solve effectively
