Remote Recruitment and Business Development Consultant Transport & Logistics

AT Staffing Solutions is a UK-based temporary staffing company supplying skilled workers across multiple sectors.
For this position we are recruiting a consultantdedicated solely to the Transport & Logistics division focusing on supplyingHGV Class 1 Class 2 and Van driversto clients in the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills anddirect experience in the transport and logistics sectorwho wants to build long-term success within a growing recruitment company.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong business relationships with Transport & Logistics clients
Develop new business opportunities and secure temporary staffing contracts for HGV and Van drivers
Manage and support drivers onongoing temporary shifts
Ensure excellent communication service quality and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for repeat business and maximise shift fulfilment
Maintain regular contact with both clients and drivers to ensure continued placements

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment or business development
Must have experience or strong understanding of the Transport & Logistics sector
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated organised and able to work independently from home
Confident using digital tools such as Zoom CRM systems Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only position no base salary.

You earn bonuses when shifts continue

The more drivers working weekly the higher your earnings
Strong client servicing and reliable drivers consistent income

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid only after the company receives payment from the client
No basic salary or retainer
Weekly or monthly payouts
Recruiters use their own laptop phone and internet

Earning Potential

Motivated consultants can realistically earn4000 to 6000 per monthby securing a small number of active Transport & Logistics clients and maintaining ongoing weekly driver shifts.
