- Develop annual and three year strategic sales plans for assigned accounts
- Assist in the development of annual budget and action plans for assigned accounts
- Achieve sales goals EBIT objectives and growth objectives on an annual basis
- Prepare and present formal and informal presentations and seminars supporting the customers requirements
- Insure effective management and resolution of issues related to customer service responsibilities including invoicing re-bills debits/credits
- Customer response effectiveness
- Perform special projects and other duties as required by the Director and VP of Sales
Qualifications :
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required preferably in business or engineering field
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible sales experience in which the candidate must have demonstrated a proven track record in achieving specific goals.
- Must have proven record of creativity innovation sales growth and significant achievement
- Familiarity with adhesives sealants or acoustics in the automotive industry preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills excellent oral and written communication skills excellent analytical planning and time management skills and quantitative skills
